  • Requirements
    1) About 2 years of
    service experience at a car dealership 2) Basic knowledge or interest
    in automobile structure, parts, and maintenance 3) Practical experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    4) Native-level Japanese and communication skills (explanations and persuasion to dealerships)

Additionally, by enhancing dealer technical capabilities, improving claim quality and processing lead times, and enhancing transparency and consistency across the network, we contribute to the continuous improvement of Technical Support & Quality functions.


The Technical Evaluation Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely technical evaluation of dealer warranty and goodwill claims submitted through FRAS. Acting as a key technical gatekeeper within the Company's Technical Support & Quality function, this role validates claim eligibility, root cause analysis, repair justification, and claim classification in accordance with global standards, company policies, and local requirements.

Working closely with Technical Support Engineers, the Warranty Manager, the Quality Manager, and dealer partners, the Technical Evaluation Specialist ensures fair, fact-based decision making while supporting quality assurance, cost control, process compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to strengthening dealer technical capability, improving claim quality and lead times, and promoting transparency and consistency across the dealer network.
