Technical Evaluation Specialists conduct technical evaluations with consistency, accuracy, and promptness for claims such as warranties and goodwill submitted by dealers through FRAS. As an important technical review and judgment function in the Technical Support & Quality function, we verify the eligibility of claims, cause analysis, validity of repair details, and classifications such as Warranty, Goodwill, EDW, etc., based on global standards, company policies, and local requirements.
We work closely with Technical Support Engineers, Warranty Managers, Quality Managers, and our dealer network to promote quality assurance, cost management, process compliance, and fair claims determination based on facts. Additionally, by enhancing dealer technical capabilities, improving claim quality and processing lead times, and enhancing transparency and consistency across the network, we contribute to the continuous improvement of Technical Support & Quality functions.
The Technical Evaluation Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely technical evaluation of dealer warranty and goodwill claims submitted through FRAS. Acting as a key technical gatekeeper within the Company's Technical Support & Quality function, this role validates claim eligibility, root cause analysis, repair justification, and claim classification in accordance with global standards, company policies, and local requirements.
Working closely with Technical Support Engineers, the Warranty Manager, the Quality Manager, and dealer partners, the Technical Evaluation Specialist ensures fair, fact-based decision making while supporting quality assurance, cost control, process compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to strengthening dealer technical capability, improving claim quality and lead times, and promoting transparency and consistency across the dealer network.

- Responsibilities
- - Evaluate warranty claims submitted through FRAS from a technical perspective and make consistent decisions based on facts.
- Verify the cause of failure, repair details, and claim classification such as Warranty, Goodwill, EDW, etc., to ensure compliance with internal and global standards.
- Maintaining a fair and transparent evaluation process as a key decision-making point in claims review.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and dealer networks to promote improvements in claim quality, problem resolution, and continuous improvement.
Analyze claim data and technical challenges, and make recommendations for product quality, process improvement, and enhanced dealer capabilities.
Comply with relevant policies, processes, and compliance requirements, contributing to quality improvement and optimization of warranty costs.
-Evaluate dealer warranty-related claims submitted through FRAS using a consistent, fact-based, and timely approach.
-Validate root cause analysis, repair justification, and claim classification (e.g., Warranty, Goodwill, EDW) to ensure compliance with company standards and global policies.
-Serve as a key technical decision point in the claim handling process, maintaining fair, transparent, and consistent claim evaluations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the dealer network to improve claim quality, resolve technical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-Analyze claim trends and recurring technical issues to identify opportunities for product quality improvements, process optimization, and dealer capability development.
