Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Promotes mass production methods and equipment development to introduce new materials and process technologies into vacuum-based thin film deposition equipment, especially RtoR deposition equipment. Responsible for developing thin film formation and pre- and post-treatment technologies, determining development content with factory engineers and manufacturing sites, equipment modification and jig design, machine concept design, drawing and equipment operation flow and timing chart creation, handing over to control personnel, equipment assembly and modification instructions, and troubleshooting. Also leads the project by involving related departments as the leader of the assigned theme.

    of thin film formation technology using vacuum and over 5 years of experience in vacuum equipment design (mechanical engineering)
