You will be responsible for developing high-voltage system control for powertrains for EVs and ePOWER, and will be involved in core next-generation mobility technology development such as collaborative control with autonomous driving, energy management, and V2X integration. You will consistently drive everything from control design to verification and evaluation by utilizing cutting-edge development methods such as model-based development, CI/CT, and HIL environments. This position will contribute to improving the performance of next-generation electric vehicles and creating new value while collaborating with the global team.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Model-based control development
    using Matlab/Simulink, further DX of existing processes and development environments for
    higher efficiency, verification of design control

    through driving evaluation using prototype vehicles, and more. Based on standardized processes, we collaborate with multiple specialized functional teams to shape control. In doing so, we can advance development by mastering a wide range of environments and work systems, including remote HIL, CI/CT, online meetings, and remote work. We also develop in collaboration with partner companies in various countries, often working in global environments and opportunities.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in system development using Matlab or Simulink, or control development
    ・Basic knowledge
    of automobiles and powertrains ・Other experience
    in software platform development ・TOEIC: 600 points or higher
  • Preferred
    ・Candidates with experience in control system development related to performance, systems, or controllers in the automotive industry or related fields
     ・Work experience using English
     ・Experience as a development team leader
     ・TOEIC: 730 or higher
