This position is responsible for planning and developing next-generation connected car services for the SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) era. You will design services across in-vehicle systems, cloud, and mobile apps, and handle a wide range of tasks from requirements definition to development promotion to deliver new value to customers. You will lead the realization of innovative mobility services for users worldwide, working closely with global development teams and business units.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    As a Service System Owner, you will be deeply involved in all stages of development and committed to service delivery.
    Defining cross-system requirements: For connected service systems composed of various in-vehicle components, as well as cloud and mobile applications, you will define requirements for system components while taking the customer’s user experience (UX) into consideration.
    Development Lead: You will drive service development while maintaining smooth communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, including component development teams, domestic and international business units, planning departments, and regulatory affairs teams.

  • Requirements
    ・Experience in service development in the IT field, experience developing IT systems using communication protocols such as TCP/IP, or development
    of automotive ECUs or in-vehicle systems ・Communication skills
    to accurately understand what others say and convey what you want to convey in both Japanese and English *If you wish to be a deputy section manager, management experience such as manager or team leader is also required
    ■TOEIC: 600 points or higher

    ・Software development experience
    ・Experience working with overseas vendors
    ・Experience in project management, operational support, and consulting for in-vehicle development
    ・Management experience as a manager, team leader, etc.
    ■TOEIC: 730 points or higher
