position: coordinated control between EVs, engines, transmissions, and other powertrains and vehicles, electronic control of gasoline engines, battery management system development, EV energy management control, motor drive force control, as well as tools and platforms to support control development. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1) Model-based control development using Matlab, Simulink, and similar tools.
    2) Verification using simulators (HIL) for vehicle driving control, battery energy management control, HMI control, etc. (and actual vehicle driving evaluation as needed).
    3) MBD Tool Chain / Process

    Development Supporting Control Development Workplace Environment Work Style (Member Composition, Atmosphere, Characteristics)
    The team consists of a section manager, assistant manager, team leader, and responsible layers, each with their own area of expertise. Daily work is carried out by exchanging ideas with team leaders and responsible teams. Additionally, by collaborating with multiple teams within the department and other departments involved in control specification decisions, we pool knowledge and experience to find solutions and ways to achieve goals.
    For difficult problems, we solve them with the support and advice of expert leaders.
    I often work in a global environment on a daily basis, and I am fortunate to have opportunities for overseas business trips.
  • Requirements
    Candidates
    with any of the following experiences or skills - Basic knowledge
    of powertrains - Experience
    in system or control development using Matlab or Simulink - Experience in software platform development.
    TOEIC: 600 points or above
  • Preferred
    ■Required
    - Experience in engine and powertrain control and performance development in the automotive or automotive-related industries
    - Work experience using English (experience collaborating with overseas customers and partners)
    -Model-based development using MATLAB, Simulink, GT-Power, etc.
    -Experience as a development team leader
    TOEIC: 730 points or higher

    Experience in the Automotive Industry
