Software Developer - US Position

A systems integrator and software company with offices in Silicon Valley and Dallas, Texas, and a group of companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. We have been supporting OEM and Tier companies in the telecom and automotive industries in North America for over 10 years.

This position is for a Software Engineer available to work in Dallas, TX. Depending on your technical skills, you will work in one of the following areas: front-end, back-end, or full stack.
E-2 visa sponsorship is available for Japanese nationals residing in Japan. Those who already **have permission to work in the U.S.** (regardless of nationality)** are also welcome to apply. Japanese language proficiency is strongly recommended (for customer service and documentation work).
English is a requirement and selection will be conducted in English.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Areas of expertise include

    Development, testing, and validation of automotive software
    Infotainment systems
    CarPlay / Android Auto
    ECU software
    ADAS / automated driving (including LiDAR)

    Technical areas
    Front-end:
    - Developing a modern, responsive UI
    - Technologies used: Dart / Flutter, React, TypeScript

    Backend:
    - Build scalable APIs and services
    - Technologies used: Rust, C++, Python, Node.js

    Full Stack:
    - Integrated front-end and back-end development

    Main Business

    - Design, develop and maintain applications for mobility/connected services
    - Smooth communication with stakeholders in Japanese and English
    - Participation in agile development (sprints, code reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
    - Performance, scalability and security Development with consideration of
    - Integration of external APIs and cloud services
  • Requirements

    ✅ Must be a Japanese citizen or meet E2 visa eligibility requirements
    ✅ Automotive industry experience required for E2 visa

    ✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    ✅ 3+ years of software development experience
    ✅ Proficient in one of the following technologies:

    ✅ Front-end: Dart/Flutter, React, TypeScript
    ✅ Backend: Rust, C++, Python, Node.js

    ✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    ✅ Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Agile development
    ✅ English communication skills (required)
    ✅ Strong problem solving skills and team collaboration skills

    ✅Knowledge of automotive, mobility, and IoT related topics
    ✅Experience in connected car, telematics, and infotainment development
    ✅Experience using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
