Oversea Sales Leader for the Motorcycle

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Product export, supply-demand adjustment, product planning, strategic planning/promotion support, contract negotiation/management, and business management for local subsidiaries and distributors in each region
    ・Compilation of short-, mid- and long-term business plans and promotion management as headquarters
    ・Export and management of finished vehicles and knockdown parts
    ・Tri-nation trade practice and management
    Support for local subsidiaries, etc.

    *Areas of responsibility will be determined from a comprehensive perspective, taking your own intentions into consideration.
    After joining the company, you will gain experience mainly working at the head office, including overseas business trips, and after one to several years, you will be stationed overseas at each regional headquarters or local subsidiary.
  • Requirements
    Experience in overseas sales (B to C) in mobility-related industries (motorcycles, complete automobile and parts manufacturers, etc.) (approx. 3 years or more)
    ・English ability (business level, approx. 730 TOEIC score)
    ・Japanese ability (native level)
  • Preferred
    Those who have a motorcycle license
    ・Experience in overseas business trip or overseas residence
    ・Experience in management or project leading
    ・Experience or desire to be involved in sales activities in developing countries such as India, Philippines, Bangladesh and Brazil
