As a sales staff member in charge of key global customers (key accounts), you will be responsible for key tasks on the sales front, from building strong relationships of trust with existing customers to localizing strategies and negotiating business terms.

- Responsibilities
- ◆Deepening trusting relationships with existing clients:
Continuous follow-up with key clients such as multinationals, leasing companies, and logistics companies. Using Japanese and English, you will build long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their potential needs.
◆Visits to major overseas clients and international conferences:
Build relationships by attending international conferences and visiting major overseas clients in person. Solidify global relationships of trust through on-the-ground dialogue.
◆Support strategy localization and execution:
Understands common global sales objectives and optimizes strategies to fit the characteristics of the regions and customers for which he/she is responsible. Work closely with regional teams to support steady execution of strategy.
◆Negotiate high value deals and compliance with international regulations:
Negotiate terms and conditions for large deals as business expands. Negotiates terms and conditions for large scale deals to expand business.
◆Market analysis and business opportunity creation:
Catch up with market trends (companies entering new markets, logistics network restructuring, etc.) as soon as possible. Analyze news and data to forecast potential vehicle demand and link it to specific proposal activities.
◆Performance analysis and reporting
Deepening Relationships with Existing Clients:

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Strong interest in global markets, mobility solutions, and fleet management
- Strong understanding of fleet management, leasing models, and logistics Strong understanding
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for training and customer support
- Language skills: Business level in both English and Japanese
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
