In this position, as a general manager/general manager candidate in the field sales department, you will lead everything from planning and executing sales strategies based on company-wide strategies to organizational management of multiple teams and modeling and structuring sales processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Planning and execution of sales strategies: Formulation of sales strategies based on company-wide strategies, KPI design, and forecast management.
    ・Organizational management: Manage multiple teams (several ~ dozens of people), train managers, and formulate and execute recruitment plans.
    ・Modeling and structuring: Standardization of sales processes and promotion of collaboration with sales enablement organizations to sublimate individualized high performance into standard skills for the entire organization.
    ・Intervention in key customers: Leading the approach and negotiation of top management of enterprise companies, including 1 trillion yen companies.
  • Requirements
    ■Outstanding track record
    in corporate solution sales・Experience
    in proposal-based sales that identifies potential customer issues and proposes solutions from scratch・Experience in promoting projects
    involving multiple internal and external stakeholders・Experience in achieving overwhelming results
    in the top ranks (MVP, within the top 5%, etc.) in terms of sales performance ■Experience in organizational management or business start-up
    ・Experience in maximizing team results
