The Production Planner also coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Develop and maintain production schedules based on engineering plans and production specifications.
    - Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met and materials are provided according to schedules.
    - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of products.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
    - Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    - Assemble, inspect and review probe cards before they are sent out to Fabs or back to Factory for repair.
    - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements
    - 3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
    - Must have experience in clean room.
    - Solid Project Management Experience
    - Upper Conversational Japanese, Advanced English
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning software.
