This position is responsible for planning and promoting measures related to organizational development and employee engagement.
We will improve organizational culture and promote collaboration between departments through employee engagement surveys, personnel data analysis, and MVV (Mission, Vision, and Values) dissemination measures. In collaboration with global teams, we support the implementation of organizational development measures linked to corporate strategy.

  • Requirements
    Practical experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and MVV penetration (estimated 5 years or more)
    Communication skills
    with internal and external stakeholders Document creation skills
    using Excel and PowerPoint Experience in data analysis
    using human resources systems Business level English proficiency (estimated TOEIC730 or higher)
    Those who are comfortable working in a global environment
  • Preferred
    Experience
    in automotive or manufacturing, consulting experience
    related to employee engagement and MVV, experience in HR, data analyst
    , experience in D&I or CSR promotion
