DE&I and Human Rights Specialist

This position supports the implementation and monitoring of employee experience, D&I (Diversity & Inclusion), and human rights initiatives. In collaboration with global and regional teams, we operate programs, manage data, report, and engage with stakeholders to help ensure alignment with corporate strategy and regulations.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support
    for global and regional D&I initiatives and action plans, support
    for measures to improve diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement, coordinate
    D&I measures and talent management in collaboration with HR, support
    human rights risk assessment and due diligence in the value chain Monitoring
    compliance with human rights policies and standards, supporting
    internal reporting on human rights performance, supporting internal and external stakeholder networking, supporting

    training and awareness activities on human rights and D&I, creating
    internal and external communication materials, employee engagement and D&I I. Support
    for data collection and analysis of indicators, support
    for the preparation of sustainability and governance reports, and support for the management of CSR activities and global reporting
  • Requirements
    Experience in human resources, D&I, human rights, sustainability, and compliance-related work (about 2~5 years)
    Business level
    in both Japanese and English Communication skills that enable stakeholder collaboration in a global environment
  • Preferred
    Basic knowledge
    of international human rights standards and standards Understanding of corporate D&I
