Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Cybersecurity Senior Expert & Project Security and Privacy Manager
    • Plan and implement
    security activities throughout the project based on an internal development process in accordance with ISO/SAE 21434 • Led
    the Cybersecurity Concept and Security Architecture for Radar/Parking ECU products • Developed Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA) and reviewed
    with OEMs • Secure Boot, Secure Flash, Examination and review
    of security mechanisms such as key management • Security review
    of SW, in-vehicle network communication, OTA, and cloud integration (as required) • Vulnerability analysis (VARA), penetration test planning, and corrective action management
    • System engineering team, software team, project Collaboration
    with Manager, etc. • CSMS/SUMS support from the development phase to the mass production and operation phases of the project in charge

    2. Customer Cybersecurity Audit & Technical Negotiation
    • JOEM's contact and accountability
    for Cybersecurity Audit/Technical Review • Technical response and negotiation
    of JOEM's Security requests • Preparation for Cybersecurity Audit in collaboration with the internal CS department and the Cybersecurity Team at the German headquarters, and formulation and implementation of improvement plans after the audit

    3. Gate Review by
    HQ Team • Technical Review Coordination
    with Global Cybersecurity Team • Preparation
    of technical documentation, S/W architecture, and risk analysis required to pass Gate/Milestone Review • Consistency with internal CS processes
  • Requirements
    • At least 3~5 years of work experience in the field of automotive cybersecurity (Senior level)
    • In-depth understanding and work experience of development processes according to ISO/SAE 21434, UN-R155/R156
  • Preferred
    • Experience in handling cybersecurity process audits by JOEM (welcome)
    • Experience as
    a Cybersecurity Lead in ECU development projects • In-depth knowledge
    of in-vehicle network communications (CAN/CAN-FD/Ethernet/SOME-IP) and cryptography • Secure Boot, Key Management, HSM, Firmware Experience
    in Security implementation review Communication/Management

    • High presentation skills
    to engage in technical discussions with JOEM • English language skills
    to autonomously conduct technical reviews with the Global Cybersecurity team • Leadership
    to engage stakeholders across projects
