In Japan, the company maintains R&D facilities dedicated to advanced sensing technologies and intelligent driving systems, supporting global development programs in the field of ADAS and automated driving.

In this position, you will be in charge of supporting technical sales activities related to automotive interior electronic systems. You will work closely with OEM customers and in-house development teams.

This position combines engineering knowledge with a sales support role, and you will contribute to the creation of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing programs by providing technical expertise in product proposal and development discussions.

In addition, you will be responsible for promoting the project in cooperation with the sales team and the customer's engineering department in the process from the initial product proposal stage to the launch of mass production.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Technical Sales Support
    - Proposes, promotes, and assists sales representatives in proposing, promoting
    , and supporting technical proposals and product presentations
    through customer visits to OEM customers and industry partners, providing technical expertise in the early stages of product introduction. Supporting new business development

    ■ Customer Technical Interface
    : Analyze and understand customer requirements, propose
    optimal technical solutions, create and implement
    technical presentations and product explanation materials, respond to technical inquiries from customers, and promote problem solving in cooperation with relevant internal departments.

    ■ Internal collaboration, project coordination (Cross-Functional Coordination)
    ・Collaborate with internal engineering and product development teams to promote
    specification adjustment and response to customization requirements ・Coordinating project progress in collaboration with relevant internal departments to support estimate creation and cost adjustment work

    ■ Market intelligence & product strategy
    , market trend and competitive information collection,
    analysis, technical perspective and market information, product strategy consideration and formulation support
  • Requirements
    ・Those with a background in engineering (mechanical engineering is required, knowledge of electronic engineering is required)
