This position is responsible for promoting the reform of personnel systems and processes in the Japan region. In addition to planning and operating personnel systems such as personnel management, personnel cost management, and promotion systems, we will lead projects to improve human resources business processes and renovate personnel systems, and promote the sophistication of human resources functions throughout the organization.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning, implementation, and operation
    of HR systems in Japan, improvement and operation management
    , system guidance for HR personnel and line managers,
    participation in
    HR work efficiency projects, participation in
    HR-related system renovation projects, HR process management team management,
  • Requirements
    At least 7 years of experience
    in human resources and labor operations, practical experience
    in personnel system planning, team management experience
    of at least 3 people, basic knowledge
    of HR operations and labor laws, basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred
    Experience in
    personnel planning work Experience in introducing or operating personnel systems (payroll, human resources, attendance, etc.)
