The Service Manager manages and supervises all aspects of the service department and related operations, and is responsible for the department's profitability, including staffing, operational efficiency, and profitability. 
We formulate business plans including setting sales targets for the service department, set various management goals (KPIs) necessary to maintain productivity and efficiency of service operations, including personnel and facility operation plans to achieve them, and implement management measures.
The service manager aims to expand the division's business, achieve various internal and external KPIs, including ensuring profitability and improving customer satisfaction, and contribute to the brand's handling in accordance with the company's MVV.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Streamline and improve
    processes - Analyze the current processes of after-sales operations, design processes and identify
    areas for improvement - Manage
    productivity and efficiency in maintenance shops - Lead digitalization/paperless by implementing and managing digital tools and platforms

    2. After-sales marketing, special campaigns, and loyalty programs:
    - Develop
    marketing strategies for services and parts - Plan and execute monthly/seasonal campaigns and innovative loyalty programs tailored to the customer base

    3. Manage and improve customer satisfaction:
    - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify
    areas for improvement - Conduct customer satisfaction workshops to define actions to be taken and track progress

    4. Team Development:
    - Design and implement
    training and development programs to meet the after-sales requirements of the manufacturer and the company- Design and manage incentive programs for staff to motivate and reward

    5. Collaborate
    with manufacturers and other departments
    - Collaborate with manufacturers to drive service marketing, process and IT projects - Work closely with managers in other departments, especially sales and marketing departments, to improve overall dealership performance

    6. KPI Reporting and Forecasting:
    - Create and manage
    KPI reports to track the performance of the after-sales department - Ensure manufacturer bonuses through detailed KPI management

    7. Expand your parts outsourcing business:
    - Investigate opportunities to expand your outsourcing parts business (analyze the market, identify new partners, identify special offers and services)
    - Coordinate with parts salespeople, trading partners, and logistics operations
  • Requirements
    - At least 8~10 years of work experience in the after-sales department of a manufacturer or
    as a manager in the service department of a car dealership as described in the job description
    - Strategic and logical thinking skills, analytical and numerical processing skills
    - High creativity and ability
    to effectively conceptualize and document one's own ideas - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Familiarity
    with digital tools and platforms related to after-sales operations - Familiarity with
    Microsoft office and project management tools - Certification or training experience related to automotive after-sales management
  • Preferred
    - Have the same level of experience
    as members of our department - Be proactive, self-directed and responsible
    as a member - Have
    a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business development - Work collaboratively
    in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Manage details and prioritize proactively and effectively
    - University degree is desirable
