As a global automotive parts supplier operating in 57 countries, it focuses on key industry megatrends such as autonomous driving, electrification, and connectivity, shaping the future of mobility. Established in 2000 as a joint venture with a major Japanese company, it has its headquarters and engineering center in Yokohama, providing development, technology, and products to Japanese customers.
You will handle a range of products related to vehicle safety and driving stability, including automatic braking, lane keeping, traction prevention, electronically controlled brakes, and steering control.
You will be able to start both existing and new business operations.

- Responsibilities
- Engage in dialogue
with global companies and customers, including group companies, internal and external balances, customers, and a community focused on requirements; create
documentation for each client—coordinate quotes
with international sales teams and customers as needed; implement and manage internal gates, PCIS. Conducting reviews with the project manager and other team members.
- Creating cost breakdowns for estimates closely linked to management – protecting customer interests while raising obstacles
for internal discussions before estimates – ensuring timely delivery of reviews and approved estimates and communication
with customers – Formulating sales strategies for acquiring business from MAZDA and managing all sales operations

- Requirements
- ・Over 5 years of domestic OEM account management sales
experience in the automotive industry ・Relationship management skills both inside and outside the company: Build and maintain
long-term
trust relationships with major external customers, partners, and related internal departments* *Mainly interactions within Japan are between the PM team, R&D team, and the factory (Shizuoka Prefecture). Additionally, there are communications with sales staff and factories
abroad (such
as the US and China) ・Market intelligence: Negotiation and communication skills, continuously collecting and analyzing market trends, competitive information, and customer needs,
reflecting
them in business strategies ・Execution and driving ability for complex projects: Lead complex projects involving multiple elements,
act as a representative in your area of responsibility, negotiate and make
decisions with customers, basic knowledge
of finance and automotive technology as a sales representative, and develop customer strategy skills: Formulate, execute, and manage medium- to long-term sales strategies for clients in charge.
