As an HR business partner, you will drive HR strategy, organizational development, and human resource development from a position closest to division management and employees.
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks as a strategic HR partner supporting business, organizational, and talent development for organizations with approximately 1,500 employees.

The Yokohama headquarters houses many sales, development, and indirect departments, while the Tochigi plant manufactures brake products such as ABS/ESP and iB2. Especially for motorcycle ABS, there is frequent collaboration with overseas bases as a Lead Manufacturing Function, enabling us to drive operations in a global environment.

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and management
    of talent development and training initiatives, career consulting and employee support
    , formulation
    of succession plans (successor plans), promotion
    of competency management, planning and implementation
    of retention measures, organizational development and improvement activities
    , and support for solving organizational issues through collaboration with management levels
  • Requirements
    Practical experience in HR or strong interest
    in HR, meeting facilitation skills
    , presentation skills (explanation and document preparation abilities),
    native-level Japanese
    , business-level English
    , multitasking
    ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks, and communication skills to collaborate smoothly with stakeholders.
