This position is responsible for everything from strategy planning to execution and improvement of experienced hires in the Japan region.
By collaborating with each business division, HRBP, and Hiring Manager, you will analyze recruitment issues, formulate recruitment strategies, plan and execute direct sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives, and contribute to acquiring talent that supports organizational growth.
Depending on your experience, you may also be entrusted with higher-level tasks such as planning recruitment strategies and leading teams.

- Responsibilities
- Planning and executing
recruitment strategies in collaboration with each business unit and HRBP, analyzing recruitment needs and organizing
job requirements, planning and managing
direct scouting (BizReach, LinkedIn, etc.), planning and promoting
various recruitment strategies such as job ads, job change events, and referral recruitment, managing KPIs by recruitment channel, analyzing data, and formulating
improvement measures Managing the selection process and improving
conversions, building and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and recruitment system vendors,
proposing
recruitment strategies based on recruitment market trends and competitive analysis, improving candidate experience and processes
, planning and promoting recruitment projects and organizational initiatives

- Experience
in mid-career recruitment, direct scouting and recruitment channel operations
, experience planning and executing
improvement measures for recruitment issues, communication skills
to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, ability to analyze and improve
issues using data, and ability to proactively promote business
