To directly solve problems in manufacturing, which accounts for about 20% of Japanese industry, we provide SaaS services and
have already successfully raised approximately 30 billion yen in funding, making us a rapidly growing company.
We are a company that is constantly working to create 'new systems' that change the norms of industry, so that everyone involved in manufacturing can fully demonstrate their inherent abilities.

In just eight years since our founding, we have rapidly expanded to 900 employees across four countries worldwide, but given the scale of transformation we are taking, the organization is still in its development.
Currently, as a paradigm shift is underway due to AI, we are in a phase where existing organizational theories alone cannot hold the position.

Facing the vast industry of manufacturing, we set a high mission and passionately pursue it, deeply rooting our passion and unique culture as our organization rapidly expands, making it a challenging challenge.
Even as the front lines are busy with daily tasks, we are seeking HRBPs that balance "task completion" and "organizational building" to high standards, building organizations that move toward their mission.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
As a partner to VPs and division heads, you will deeply engage with the field and take responsibility for solving management challenges from the organizational perspective.
Below is an example of our initiative, literally a 'do anything' position toward mission achievement.

On-site installation of an "overwhelming role model": Create a situation where managers on the ground can elevate members as "overwhelming role models."

Execution to resolve the dilemma between ideals and reality: We accompany managers through practical work to help managers balance "organizational building" as they are overwhelmed by "task completion."
Visualization and translation of on-site issues: Functions as a 'translation device' to identify site-specific challenges and resolve information bottlenecks between management, the field, or departments.
Organizational development on the go: Rather than drawing a mid- to long-term still organizational chart, we continuously optimize the organization as a constantly changing "living being."
We are also taking steps into structural reforms to maximize productivity per person.
  • Requirements
Practical experience including organizational establishment on the business division side, 0→1 phase management, or base operations.
Flexibility and adaptability to enjoy rapid change, delve into the essence of events, and continuously update one's thoughts and actions.
He loves caddie's culture more than anyone else and embodies it on set.
Not only does it create systems, but it also involves engaging in the field, building relationships, and seeing things through with a gritty execution ability.
    * No need for prior experience in the 'Human Resources Department' as part of your work history. We are looking for individuals with substantial HR experience gained from building organizations as stakeholders in the business division.
