This is a sales position where you can propose SaaS/SI solutions for product planning and promotion planners at consumer goods manufacturers. You will participate in projects that generate innovations demanded by the market while running PDCA cycles for marketing, sales, customer success, and product development.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■New Business Development (SaaS)
・Reaching out to target companies (inside sales / field sales)
・End-to-end responsibility from lead generation to closing
・Proposals for enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients
■ Solution Sales (SI)
・Gathering customer challenges and identifying needs
・Designing optimal scenarios and architectures to address challenges
・Delivering compelling proposals using demos and materials
■ Project Management
・Pipeline management, sales opportunity management, and tracking sheets
・Collaboration with internal stakeholders (CSM / PdM / Marketing)
・Sales forecasting
・Designing, executing, and reviewing actions to achieve KPIs

- Requirements
- ・Over 3
years of corporate sales experience ・Experience in IT/SaaS solution sales
・Consistent
experience from issue hearing ~ proposal to closing ・High goal motivation ・Self-management skills ・Team management skills (※ For section manager recruitment)

・Knowledge
of marketing/data-related products ・Building
product improvement cycles ・Experience in proposals involving multiple stakeholders
