This company is a global automotive technology supplier specializing in advanced sensing systems, electrification, and intelligent mobility solutions.
The company operates internationally with strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with major OEMs to develop next-generation safety and in-cabin technologies.
In this role, you will work in a customer‑facing aftermarket sales and business development position, covering both the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and service‑parts channels.
This is a broader, more proactive role than sales planning or sales administration. You will directly identify and develop new customers, negotiate commercial terms, create new business proposals, promote aftermarket products, and support dealer and distributor networks.
This is a sales planning and sales promotion position that supports --------------------------------
sales activities not only through numerical and data but also in acquiring new customers, negotiating with customers, and promoting aftermarket products. Through analysis of sales performance and market data, you support sales strategies, and in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) domain, you are responsible for developing new customers, planning business plans, and negotiating with customers.
Additionally, in OES (Original Equipment Service) related, you promote sales activities for your own products and aftermarket products and accessories such as air conditioner filters. You also propose sales promotions to companies that coordinate parts sales companies and regional dealers, and provide product and business training for new employees.
This position supports the growth of the aftermarket business through a wide range of tasks, from data analysis and sales planning to new business development, customer service, and promotional activities.

- Responsibilities
- ■ IAM Business Development
・Identify and develop new and potential customers in the Independent Aftermarket.
・Conduct customer meetings and understand commercial and market needs.
・Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and business conditions.
・Develop and propose new business plans based on customer requirements.
・Build long-term customer relationships and expand existing opportunities.
・Coordinate internally to launch and progress new business.
■ Aftermarket Sales Promotion
・Promote automotive aftermarket products, accessories, and replacement parts.
・Develop sales-promotion proposals for parts distributors and dealer networks.
・Analyze market demand and sales performance to create promotional actions.
・Provide product information and sales support to distribution channels.
・Gather customer and field feedback and share it internally.
■ Sales Strategy & Market Support
・Analyze market, customer, and sales data to support commercial decisions.
・Contribute to sales strategy and business-growth planning.
・Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal functions.
・Support training for new employees on products and business operations.

- Requirements
- ・3+ years of automotive aftermarket / aftersales market experience.
・Knowledge of the IAM / Independent Aftermarket.
・Strong direct customer-facing capability.
・Experience in commercial discussions, negotiation, or automotive parts sales.
・Ability to independently drive business development activities.
・Native-level Japanese
・Intermediate English proficiency (approx. TOEIC 600); used for internal coordination and reporting. Translation tools may be utilized.
・Willingness to continue improving English after joining is important.

- ・Experience in an automotive Tier 1 aftermarket business.
・Automotive parts-distribution sales experience.
・Experience in an OEM parts-sales organization.
・Business-level English.
・Experience managing distributors, dealers, or service-parts channels.
