Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead end-to-end program execution for telematics product development, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with customer expectations.
    Coordinate cross-functional international teams, managing technical status, risks, schedules, and budgets.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparent communication, early issue identification, and smooth resolution.
    Translate customer needs into technical requirements and support the development of internal requirement documents.
    Drive internal development activities in alignment with internal project management systems (e.g., PLM/BMS processes).
    Facilitate POCs, technical workshops, product strategy sessions, and support sales/business development during RFx phases.
    Monitor and report on program KPIs such as schedule adherence, issue resolution, and team performance.
    Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, sales, marketing, purchasing, and quality departments.
    Conduct feasibility studies, support supplier evaluation, and oversee transitions from prototype to mass production.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    8+ years of experience in program/project management within the automotive or embedded systems industry. automotive or embedded systems industry.
    Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams.
    Deep understanding of telematics systems or
    Deep understanding of telematics systems or connected vehicle technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
    Demonstrated experience interfacing with Japanese OEMs and managing high-visibility

    Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.
    PMP certification or equivalent.
