Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Install metal 3D printer equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup, testing, and adjustments in collaboration with manufacturer and senior engineers.
    - Perform regular maintenance of 3D printers to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
    - Troubleshoot and repair equipment in case of technical issues or failures, ensuring prompt resolution.
    - Communicate with overseas manufacturers via web, email, and face-to-face meetings to coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    - Participate in technical training provided by the manufacturer to enhance your knowledge and skills.
    - Collaborate with a team of 2 to 4 colleagues to provide efficient support for installation and maintenance tasks.
    - Travel for business trips as needed, especially for regular maintenance or emergency repairs at customer sites.
    - Maintain accurate documentation of equipment installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
    - Continuously improve your technical expertise and support the company's expansion in the global market.
  • Requirements
    - Experience in the maintenance of machinery/equipment
