Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Products in charge
    Anti-skid/anti-lock brake unit (ESP/ABS), Electric brake booster (iBooster)

    Duties
    - Coordination of customer PPAP / ISIR preparation and PPAP submission coordination and change management
    - Handling of customer complaints from 0km and market
    - Coordination with manufacturing plants to conduct customer audits
    Coordination with development departments, overseas factories and business unit central quality departments

    *Throughout the project/release/volume production phase, the QMC team will coordinate a broad view of quality for the automotive industry in general
    .

    *Participation in project management/development process.

    *Lead quality globally, collaborate with offices in various countries, and communicate to the world from the window of a Japanese car manufacturer.

    Required]
    - Quality assurance experience in the automotive industry
    - Ability to work in Nasushiobara, Tochigi
    - Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
