This position will be responsible for the planning, management and operation of the business IT infrastructure and its continuous improvement. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Design, build, and operate internal systems based on cloud-native SaaS services
    ・Develop guidelines that also take into account information security management systems
    ・Execute the above various operational tasks and improve operational issues from an engineering perspective
    ・Respond to related inquiries and applications mainly from employees
    Gathering information on technology trends, planning, reviewing and executing plans for application to the company's business
  • Requirements
    Corporate IT environment
    ・Experience in implementation, design, operation and management of at least one of GoogleWorkspace or Slack
    ・Experience in planning, implementation and operation of corporate IT environment centered on SaaS products for at least 2 years within the past 5 years
    ・Experience in implementation, design, operation and management of one of GoogleWorkspace or Slack Experience in implementation, design, and operation management of one or more of GoogleWorkspace, Slack
    ・Experience in internal help desk work
  • Preferred
    Experience in Web development or network engineering with coding
    - Corporate IT work in a company less than 5 years old
    - Knowledge and experience in Web system development and knowledge of tools and technologies used in Web system development
    - Knowledge of security engineering (equivalent to Information Technology Safety Assurance Support Professional) and experience working with it - Experience in obtaining and operating ISMS certification - Experience in handling internal audits and system controls - Experience in handling security incidents Knowledge of security engineering (equivalent to Information Technology Security Assistants) and work experience utilizing this knowledge

    ・Experience in building internal network environments
