    Lead QCD performance: set targets, implement plans, monitor results, and adjust resources.
    Drive improvement actions and collaborate with other shifts and support functions.
    Manage team performance through problem-solving workshops and quality improvement methods (5S, TPM, etc.).
    Oversee daily team management, staffing, and adherence to standardized work methods.
    Develop team members through training, integration, and regular evaluations.
    Ensure compliance with HSE standards and intervene in case of safety risks.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in engineering with a production specialization.
    Business-level Japanese proficiency; basic English communication skills desirable.
    Minimum 3 years of production experience.
    Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Team-oriented mindset.
