A heavy industry company famous for trucks, buses and industrial diesel engines is looking for a P&C(People & Culture)/HR Operations/Service Manager.
The P&C Service Manager is responsible for managing and continuously improving Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations operations. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll administration, effective HR processes, and strong alignment with local labor laws and global HR standards. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global teams to deliver efficient HR services and support employee lifecycle management, including global mobility for expatriates.
The P&C Service Manager plays a key role in driving process improvements, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting smooth communication between local and global HR functions, while handling a wide range of HR operational tasks.

- -Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs (including expatriates)
-Oversee time and attendance systems
-Handle payroll-related statutory processes such as taxes, social insurance, and pension plans
-Manage payroll vendors
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company rules, and employment contracts
-Respond to labor office and immigration requirements
-Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes
-Handle employee relations issues and support global mobility for expatriates
-Communicate with global HR teams and prepare required reports
-Support HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
-Perform other HR operational tasks as needed

- 応募資格(必須)
- -8年以上のHR幅広い分野での知識、経験。
-国内労働法、安全衛生法、衛生管理者資格歓迎
-言語/ Language - 日本語ネイティブ+英語ビジネスレベル(TOEIC 700点相当以上)/ Native Japanese + Business English (TOEIC 700 over)
