A major automotive supplier of technologies such as lighting, electronics, sensors and autonomous driving systems.
At a German-headquartered global supplier with offices in approximately 30 countries, you will support commercial activities as an Account Manager such as customer relationship management and sales support at a specific Japanese OEM. You will be responsible for sales of automotive electronic components, including sensors, which are among the best in the world when it comes to performance and safety.

- Manage customer orders, forecasts, and production plans.
Prepare and maintain customer-related documents and files.
Visit customer sites to spot new business opportunities and track project progress.
Support customer meetings, discussions, and negotiations.
Work with Development, Design, and Project Management teams, including global engineering groups.
Share product, pricing, and market information with internal teams.
Help maintain and improve business processes and workflows.
Enter and update data in the sales system database.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Sales experience in the automotive industry (approx. 5+ years)
Strong negotiation skills with customers and internal team members, intuitive understanding of customer needs.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Combination of commercial and technical background.
Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English languages.
