Bliss Marcel
Team Manager＆ Senior Principal Consultant
Marcel was born in Germany and completed a Master of Arts in History with a focus on Japanese-American and Japanese-German relations at Ruhr-University Bochum. He was awarded a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service and spends a year at Kyushu University in Fukuoka to study more about Japanese History and Culture and improve his Japanese skills.
After working for the Japanese Hotel industry for 5 years in Tokyo, he joined Turnpoint Consulting in early 2022, where he is part of the Complete Product Team. He strives to become a link to connect top-tier companies and highly-qualified candidates in the automotive industry and contribute to personal and professional growth, on the one hand, and client success on the other.
In his free time, Marcel loves to travel, go to the gym or set new lap times playing car-racing games on his videogame console.
Tatsuya Kato
Team Leader & Principal Consultant
Graduated from Nihon University Faculty of Law.
He worked in the trading industry for 1 year in San Francisco and then returned to Japan and worked in an English school as a Sales Manager.
He is mainly in charge of Japanese and Foreign OEMs for non-engineering roles including MaaS, Sales, Marketing, Dealer Development, and Aftersales positions.
He often goes running at the weekend since he was engaged in track and field from junior high school to high school.
Nicholas Hutchings
Senior Consultant
Nick is from the UK and has a degree in Computer Science from Leicester University.
He moved to Japan in late 2011 and has over 8 years of experience in Sales and Management and 10 years of being a consultant to individuals from all backgrounds and industries.

Tina Kuroki
Consultant
Born in China. After graduating from university, Tina worked as a counselor at a major English school and joined Turnpoint Consulting based on her sales experience there. She is mainly in charge of foreign EV importers, whose positions include marketing, dealer development, and after-sales service, and supports people with diverse backgrounds and abilities in their career changes by utilizing her trilingual Japanese, English, and Chinese.
She has a Ph.D. in the field of music. As a university student, she presented at many international conferences held in Europe.
She is a big cat lover and also enjoys spicy food.

Meilian Luo
