 Research+Inbound operation assistant 

 

You will support a series of tasks from posting jobs, researching candidates who match the jobs, calling and settling up the initial interview, and data entry.  

Skills to be acquired through the internship

・Basic overall recruiting knowledge 

・Front end recruiting tasks 

・Practical English skills 

・Basic knowledge of the mobility/automobile industry, market conditions, etc. 

Office

■ Requirement

Must

Able to work at least 15 hours per week. 

・English is the official language of the company.(System input, meetings, documents, etc. are all in English) 

We welcome those who are not fluent in English, but who like English and would like to improve their English  

skills. 

・Who is interested in the recruitment and mobility industry. 

・Good communication skills (who likes to talk to people) 

■ Other Conditions

<Duration and Working conditions>

  • Approx. 3 weeks(to be individually adjusted to suit your availability)
  • Available days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • At least 2 days per week|15 hours in total
  • At least 2 hours a day between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm

EDGE Suitengu 9F, 2-13-6, Nihonbashikakigaracho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

<Compensation>

JPY1100/h + Transport costs  (maximum: JPY 1000/day).

After the initial 3-week short-term internship, longer-term paid internships are available on an individual basis.

Q&A

Is a long-term internship available?

Yes, upon completion of the three-week internship, there is a possibility to continue. Your eligibility will be determined following an internal review.

How the schedule determined ?

The dates of your participation will be arranged on indivual basis. Please discuss possible dates and tims with our staff after submitting your application.
