Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will utilize your experience in logistics for import/export of vehicles to initiate optimal logistics proposals, design logistics processes, improve the current situation, provide administrative and operational support, and optimize overall logistics from a multifaceted perspective.
    This is an important job that supports the logistics infrastructure of the Japanese market by being in charge of processes (customs clearance, PDI, store coordination), inventory management, and schedule management from customer order to vehicle delivery using the dealer management system (DMS).

    Planning of vehicle order plan, production coordination with head office, and vehicle order
    ・Management of order and production progress and inventory management

    ・Management of vehicle registration and delivery to customers (management of partner companies' operations)
  • Requirements
    Experience using DMS (must have worked for an automaker or dealer)
