Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Customer service area:
    Customer center management system (contact center, road service, etc.)
    After-sales service management system (repair maintenance, repair parts management, vehicle SW renewal OTA, etc.)
    Marketing system (cultivation and acquisition of potential customers, maintenance and activation of existing customers, etc.)

    Work The work involves working with business members to examine the business, create a plan, incorporate the plan into system requirements/systematic functions, create the necessary workflow, list of functions, system configuration diagrams, and other deliverables, incorporate these into the development members, and reconcile system functions and the plan with the content of the plan. The role of the project manager is to coordinate the business and development members of the project, and the role of the product owner is to be responsible for the system to be developed until its completion. In the area of customer service, I will be using SaaS (Salesforce) to realize these tasks, so I will be working with the concept of Fit to Standard in mind.

    In these tasks, I will negotiate and coordinate with global partner companies to link data with external business partners, determine system specifications, facilitate meetings for this purpose, and make overseas business trips as necessary. In addition, during the verification and start-up phases, we will visit factories and logistics sites to handle on-site and actual products while taking a leading role in system implementation and operation start-up.

  • Requirements
    Experience in system development project management at a business company for more than 3 years (experience to complete a project from planning, development to operation, regardless of experience in mobility companies)
    ・Business design skills to support business structure to elicit business requirements from a system perspective
    ・Requirement definition skills to concretize business requirements into system requirements/system functions ・Experience in selecting system solutions and integrators that can realize business Requirements definition skills to materialize business requirements into system requirements/system functions
    ・Skills in selecting system solutions and integrators that enable business
    ・Experience working overseas (English-speaking countries) or experience in project promotion and business negotiations with people in those regions
    ・Holding any of the following Salesforce certifications or experience in building

    or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementation experience (2+ years)
    - Salesforce implementation project team leader or higher leadership experience
    - Salesforce Senior Certified Administrator certification
    Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certification
    ・Experience developing with Mulesoft (2+ years)
  • Preferred
    Experience in development/operation including detailed system design and implementation
    - Business and operational knowledge in customer service in the automotive or manufacturing industry, or system development related to it/(WANT)
