Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead cross-functional teams in product and service development from concept through launch to stable production.
    Serve as the primary customer Serve as the primary customer interface, particularly with Japan OEMs, ensuring alignment on program objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
    Manage program risk, budgets, schedules, and BOM costs; coordinate change management and issue resolution.

    Lead the internal customer interface team and ensure effective communication of customer requirements across engineering and program management.

  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in product development and/or
    Hands-on experience in at least one technical area (software, hardware, mechanical, or manufacturing).
    Track record of launching at least one product from business commitment to stable production.
