In this position, you will be responsible for customer contact and project promotion for eAxle projects for Japanese automakers.
This position promotes project management centered on QCD (Quality Quality, Cost, and Delivery Time), collaborating with internal departments such as development, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality, as well as overseas bases.
You will also be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, as well as technical and commercial coordination with customers.

- Responsibilities
- Promoting projects and customer contact services
for eAxle products for Japanese automakers, collaborating and coordinating
with development, manufacturing, purchasing, quality departments, and overseas bases, specification, schedule, and cost
management based on customer requirements (QCD), planning and execution
of sales strategies, responding to customer meetings and issue management
, early identification and improvement of project risks
Visualization and coordination
of product composition and the entire supply chain, project promotion in collaboration with global teams

- Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
. English: Business level (experience in meetings and negotiations in English / approximately TOEIC700 points or higher).
Over 3 years of practical experience in the automotive industry (development/sales/purchasing/project management, etc.);
experience
coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders; logical thinking and strong communication skills
. Experience in project promotion, including customer engagement

- Knowledge and experience
in electrification products such as eAxle, motors, inverters, and batteries; sales or project management experience
in the automotive industry; negotiation experience
with Japanese automakers; collaboration experience with overseas bases and global projects.
