Customer Project Manager

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for customer projects related to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), promoting, leading, and managing projects within defined deadlines, budgets, and quality frameworks.
They are responsible for achieving customer satisfaction while ensuring economic success for the company and profitability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
They also manage customer projects in collaboration with a global team composed of members from around the world, and as project owners, they carry out operations from a managerial perspective.
You have the authority and responsibility to manage the entire process in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including approved project budgets, sales targets, resource allocation (man-hour management) for each participating function and team member, and external expenditures.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead management, quality, cost, delivery (QCD), and achievement of project goals for ADAS-related customer projects throughout
    the product lifecycle;
    manage
    project schedules, budgets, risks, progress, and performance; collaborate with global cross-functional teams and coordinate
    with internal and external stakeholders; manage requests and expectations
    as the main point of contact for customer projects; manage approved project budgets, sales targets, resource allocation for each function and team members, and external expenditures;
    identify and promote
    project risks and challenges from planning to resolution; lead
    negotiations and decision-making with customers and internal stakeholders; lead overall project ownership from a management perspective to achieve profitability and business success.
  • Requirements
    Over 3 years of product development or project management experience in the automotive electronic components or consumer electronics industry (including QCD management, risk management, customer interactions, and meeting deadlines).
    Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
