Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Product Development
    - Responsible for the development of automotive chassis coil springs and stabilizer bars for Japanese OEMs
    - Create design concepts, evaluate package and durability feasibility, FE analysis, CAD models, and design drawings
    - Develop DVP&Rs, conduct verification testing, suspension components and system design releases

    ■ Mass Production Quality Assurance
    - Support project start-up at domestic and overseas factories, ensuring timely pre-production and SOP delivery
    - Support project management and engineering deliverables (timelines, D-FMEA, drawings, DVP&R, Lessons Learned, etc.)
    - Project status Track project status and report/escalate to project manager
    ・Assist in assembly of prototype vehicles and conduct design verification
    ・Liaise with suppliers and purchasing department to finalize, verify, and procure component specifications

    ■ Business Expansion
    - Work with sales team to help Mubea Japan achieve business goals
    - Benchmark studies and develop VA proposals
    - Design proposals for coil springs, stabilizer bars and system components
    - Conduct technical presentations for customers in both Japanese and English

    - Failure cause analysis and customer reporting for solid and pipe parts
    - Material development and approval activities according to customer requirements
