Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Develop mechanical components and CAD drawings for space technology.
    -Collaborate across engineering divisions to discuss technical topics and their applications.
    -Create unique and new ideas to resolve problems, test, and develop new mechanical components.
    -Study and maintain current knowledge with industry specific and field specific advancements.
    -Work flexibly to take on a broad range of responsibilities and challenges unique to a space venture company.
  • Requirements
    -At least two years of experience developing mechanical components and creating solutions to mechanical engineering challenges.
    -Business level Japanese OR business level English with a willingness to learn Japanese.
    -4 year degree or higher in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
    -Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
  • Preferred
    -Experience or strong knowledge of the space industry.
    -Experience collaborating across engineering departments and discussing technical principles across fields.
