The company boasts the No. 1 market share in Japan in the automotive components industry in the areas of thermal systems, mobility systems, powertrain systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
As the progress of electrification (BEV) has lagged behind expectations, vehicle manufacturers that advocate a multi-pathway are expecting Denso to provide a long-term stable supply of internal combustion engine products.
In order to contribute to multi-pathways through stable supply, it is necessary to build new business schemes together with customers without being bound by conventional thinking.
We are looking for colleagues who will represent Denso in the complex business situation to formulate sales strategies and persistently promote careful communication and negotiations with customers.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・You will be responsible for the following tasks for products for internal combustion engines (gasoline, diesel, and hydrogen) to build long-term partner relationships with customers and realize multi-pathways.
<営業戦略立案・拡販活動・海外拠点との連携>
・Formulate medium- to long-term sales strategies and sales activities to achieve goals (building relationships with customers, gathering information, product proposals (optimal supply strategy planning), price negotiations (pricing rule creation), etc.)<価格/債権管理>
・Price management for new and existing product numbers (quotation, pricing/price negotiation/
Accounts receivable management, etc.)

- Requirements
- ・Sales experience
・Excel, PowerPoint operation
・Ordinary driver's license
・English proficiency (daily conversation level or higher)
・No restrictions on work location
