It is one of only a dozen or so unicorn companies in Japan and is co-creating new mobility services with a variety of companies.

In the past, we have worked with each business unit head and HRBP to promote recruitment activities that support the growth of each business unit.
However, as our business expands rapidly in tandem with the rising expectations of society, it has become essential to have a system in place that allows us to hire talented people quickly and continuously.
Therefore, we are looking for a recruiter who has a deep understanding of our business and a management perspective, and who can strategically and stably lead our recruitment efforts over the medium to long term.

Our mid-career recruiting team currently consists of six members (mostly in their late 20s to 30s) with diverse backgrounds.
We are active in sharing information and discussing issues at regular team meetings, as well as in casual communication via Slack. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning of recruitment KPI and position-specific strategies directly related to business growth, and promotion of implementation in cooperation with the frontline
    ・Deep understanding of business issues and desired human resources through dialogue with management and each business leader, and consistently lead the process from verbalization of recruitment requirements, design of tactics for population formation to optimization of selection process.
    The candidate will lead the entire process from the verbalization of recruitment requirements to the design of tactics for population formation to the optimization of the selection process. Formulate and manage recruitment budgets.

    ■ General mid-career recruiting practices
    ・Prepare job postings, select and operate media, direct recruiting, design and conduct interview interviews, and offer measures
    ・Build relationships with candidates and agents, collaborate with RPO
    ・Structure and document processes
    ・Plan and collaborate on recruitment PR content
