Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job creation, sourcing, casual interviews, formal interviews, and offer discussions
    - Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth
    - Communicate with candidates and coordinate interview schedules
    - Engage and manage relationships with recruitment agencies - Assist in planning and executing recruitment events Engage and manage relationships with recruitment agencies

    - Provide operational support on HR-related tasks as needed
  • Requirements
    - Previous experience in recruitment (corporate, agency, or RPO welcome)
