This role leads a team of account managers responsible for driving long-term commercial success and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of key automotive projects. Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Lead customer account strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and financial targets.
Oversee commercial negotiations, contracts
Oversee commercial negotiations, contracts, and extensions to maintain profitability across programs. Act as the main point of contact with key OEM stakeholders, building and maintaining senior level relationships.
Manage pricing, forecasts, change requests, quotations, and account receivables.
Coordinate with internal teams to support
Coordinate with internal teams to support supply, production planning, and new product introductions. Track customer satisfaction and lead corrective actions when needed.
Support planning and execution of customer-facing events and marketing activities.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of B2B experience, ideally with Japanese OEMs
Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Project management experience with cross-functional teams Experience with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze financial and operational data

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
Background in the automotive industry, particularly with in-cabin solutions or infotainment systems
Familiarity with change request, N-Study processes, and account forecasting tools
Experience supporting marketing events or business development activities
Demonstrated success in building long-term OEM partnerships
