You will lead the planning and operation of user communities and events. You will be responsible for creating connections between customers through offline events and user meetings, and promoting usage and preventing churn in the context of customer success.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and managing offline events for customers (user meetings, study groups, conferences, etc.)
- Launching, managing and activating customer communities
- Planning and content creation based on customer feedback and use cases
- Promoting customer engagement in conjunction with marketing initiatives
- Event and Lead the overall community strategy design and roadmap development
・Manage team members (including organizational management when grouped together in the future)

- Requirements
- Experience in planning and managing offline events at a business company
・Experience in launching or managing communities (user groups, study groups, fan communities, etc.)
・Experience in marketing at a business company (including experience in planning in conjunction with digital measures)
・Experience in collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to promote projects Experience in promoting projects in collaboration with multiple departments and external partners
・Ability to conceptualize plans that lead to churn prevention and usage promotion, starting from the customer experience
・Experience in designing and promoting the overall picture, rather than just executing one-off measures, in the event and community area

- Experience in customer success and user community management in the BtoB SaaS space
- Experience in planning and promoting customer events and conferences from scratch
- Interest in the safety and mobility field
- Experience starting a new group in a growing organization and leading the organization into the future
