You will be responsible for formulating implementation policies based on data analysis, evaluating compatibility with customer operations, and proposing operational improvements in order to realize the introduction, planning, and operation of commercial EVs.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- On-site implementation support and practical lead (vehicle procurement support, charging infrastructure design and construction follow-up, operational system construction support, etc.)
・Implementation support and practical lead (vehicle procurement support, charging infrastructure design and construction follow-up, operational system construction support, etc.) ・Operational extraction and improvement during the implementation process ・Conciliations and coordination with clients and stakeholders (vehicle manufacturers, infrastructure providers, government, power companies, etc.)
Support for vehicle operation and energy use data collection, visualization, and analysis (in collaboration with the technical team)
・Support and lead implementation in the field (vehicle procurement support, charging infrastructure design and construction follow-up, support for operational system establishment, etc.)
・Extract operational issues that arise during the implementation process and propose improvements
・Rearrange FMS/EMS business requirements and provide feedback to the product team
・Post implementation operations Propose improvements based on the situation and build ongoing relationships with clients

- Requirements
- Corporate sales, account manager, or project management experience (approx. 5 years)
・Experience negotiating with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
・Interest in and knowledge of electric vehicles, electrification, charging infrastructure, and the power and energy industry
・Ability to promote projects across teams
・Language skills ( High level of coordination and negotiation skills, ability to identify and solve problems

- Experience in EV introduction support, mobility business, and infrastructure construction support
・Experience negotiating with electric power companies and equipment operators
・Experience working with logistics and public transportation operators
・Experience supporting bidding and introduction of public and municipal projects
・Experience in data analysis and report writing
・Experience in P/L management
