You will be responsible for building and operating the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Brake Business Unit. In collaboration with company-wide QMS activities, you will promote the planning, formulation, issuance, and maintenance of internal standards in accordance with IATF16949, contributing to strengthening and standardizing the quality foundation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning, construction, and operation
    of QMS standards in the brake business unit; planning, formulation, issuance, and maintenance
    of subordinate standards; promotion of standardization
    of quality standards and processes in coordination with company-wide QMS activities; establishment and improvement
    of quality management systems in accordance with IATF16949 related departments and overseas sites; QMS operation and improvement activities
    in cooperation with related departments and overseas sites. Continuous improvement of quality processes and promotion
    of quality enhancement measures, quality audits, and response to and support of quality-related activities
  • Requirements
    Over 5 years of practical experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS),
    knowledge and understanding
    of IATF16949 standards, knowledge and practical experience
    in quality control, English communication skills (email response required, meeting level welcome),
    communication ability to coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred
    Work experience
    in diverse cultural and organizational environments, practical experience
    in process improvement and business enhancement, experience participating in global projects,
    experience in formulating and operating quality standards and internal standards
