You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from planning to execution of recruitment strategies for a rapidly growing space-related startup. Working closely with the frontline, you will lead the overall recruitment process, including recruitment publicity (job media selection, event planning, SNS communication), interview coordination, job offers and onboarding procedures, and onboarding. In addition, there are opportunities to expand your career into HR areas such as labor management and attendance management if desired. This is an environment where you can take on the challenge of building an organization in the cutting-edge space and deep technology field in a position close to management.

- Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of recruitment strategies, recruitment publicity (selection of recruitment media, event management, SNS dissemination, etc.)
・Interview coordination, preparation of evaluation and selection materials, implementation of job offers and joining procedures
・Onboarding, consultation, employee support
・Verification of effectiveness of recruitment measures and proposals for improvement, preparation of various reports

- Requirements
- -Working experience in recruitment (HR or recruitment agency experience, approx. 2+ years)
-Knowledge of the recruitment process, including interview coordination, job offers and onboarding procedures
-Basic understanding of recruitment PR and recruitment marketing (willingness to learn is acceptable)
-Interest and experience in employee relations and on-boarding support
-Internal and external Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders

- ・Recruiting and HR experience in space and satellite development companies, aerospace and heavy industry
・Understanding of engineering occupations (structural, thermal, engine, etc.)
・Recruitment public relations (event planning, SNS operation, university and research institution collaboration, etc.) experience
