Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Proposal sales of the company's products to manufacturer engineers (mainly in divisions that conduct advanced development for complete vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers). Obtain development information and build a relationship with the site of advanced development. We interview them about what kind of development and what kind of figures they want to obtain through simulation. Then, accompanying the sales engineer, determine the technical specifications. We are also in charge of management related to budgets and delivery dates.
  • Requirements
    High school graduate or higher (academic backgrand in electrical/mechanical/information/control is a plus)
    Corporate sales experience with contacts in the automotive industry (OEM/Tier 1 experience is a plus)
    Solution proposal or technical negotiation experience
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of MBD/CAE/HILS/ADAS
    Experience in team leadership and junior staff development
    Strategic sales track record committed to revenue
