Under the management team, the company operates its business based on multi-billion yen in capital, and was established with investment from multiple companies.
Our main businesses include driving behavior analysis services aimed at reducing accident risks, and planning, development, and operation of driver assistance systems that visualize and manage the driving status of business vehicles. Through these services, we aim to contribute to improving safety and operational efficiency for companies that use vehicles.
In addition to labor operations such as payroll and attendance, you will be responsible for a wide range of Agenda related to the people and organizations necessary for the growth of the company, including personnel planning and organizational development.

- Responsibilities
- ■Labor management
, payroll calculation (communication with outsourcing companies),
social insurance procedures (communication with outsourcing companies),
attendance management
, safety and health management
, entry and exit procedures
, correspondence
with labor standards offices, hello work, etc., response to inquiries
from within the company, and other general
labor operations ■Human resources planning
・Operation and improvement
of personnel systems (grades, evaluations, remuneration, etc.), planning and execution
of personnel measures, various systems, benefits, etc., planning and execution of organizational development from primary information such as organizational surveys and interviews

- Requirements
- Experience in HR planning and labor practices at a business enterprise (approx. 2+ years)
- Experience managing/using HR systems
