From order management and strategic sales planning to driving a global network, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations to ensure fast delivery and excellent customer experience. Through close cooperation with overseas markets and business partners, you will improve the efficiency of business processes and promote innovation.

Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・ Manage sales performance in global markets, both domestically and internationally, and work with market
managers, order management, and sales and control to build consensus on sales volumes.
・Ensure the accuracy of trends in non-financial indicators and planned values.
・Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company to share knowledge related to sales.
・In response to requests from each stakeholder, we will prepare, provide, and support various plans and reports for operations and management strategies.
・Prepare reports with the contents required by management in a timely manner.
- Promote the digitization of sales planning and reporting operations to ensure cross-functional synergies and improve efficiency and transparency.
・Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with laws and internal guidelines and that processes are in accordance with appropriate implementation and compliance.
・Analyze, steer and report on Sales Performance in our global markets including Japan
・Ensure proper alignment with Market Managers, Order Management and Sales Controlling for volumes submission
・Analyze trends and track accuracy of the Non-financial planning volumes versus actuals volumes
・Communicate with multiple stakeholders within MFTBC and share sales-related insights with other departments
・Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic and tactical planning/reporting as required by business stakeholders
・Coordinating and preparing management reports on time and with adequate content
・Push digital transformation of the Sales reporting and ensure synergies among departments to achieve transparency and efficiencies
・Ensure appropriate implementation and compliance processes according to rules and regulations provided by law and internal guidelines for all relevant transactions.

- Requirements
- ・3~5 years of work experience
in economics, business administration, industrial engineering or IT-related degrees
, sales, customer service, organization, independence, strategic and critical thinking, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, attention
to detail, native Japanese level, English business level
・ A completed degree in Economics/Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or computer science
・3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service
・Well-organized, Independent, Strategic and critical thinking, Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills, attention to details
・Japanese : Native, English : Business
